Yes, you can cancel your ride at any time, as long as the driver hasn't yet started working on your order. If you cancel a ride while the driver is already on their way to you, a €6 cancellation fee will be charged.
Can I contact the driver?
Yes, once a driver is assigned to your order, you can call them by tapping the corresponding button in the app. You can also contact our dispatcher by phone or WhatsApp at any time for any questions.
What should I do if I didn't receive a confirmation code when registering in the Alfa CY app?
Sometimes, due to issues with mobile operators, our customers do not receive an SMS with the registration code. If you have not received the code, please let us know by email at alfacy.app@gmail.com or via WhatsApp: +357 96 099190.
